Copyright and DMCA Policy

Copyright notice

If you believe material infringes your copyright, email tapintotheart@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright Notice” and include: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact profile URL and identification of the disputed material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Our response

We may forward the notice to the affected user and may remove or disable access while reviewing it. We may request missing information. Knowingly making material misrepresentations may create liability.

Counter-notice

A user who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, providing contact information and a signature, consenting to appropriate federal-court jurisdiction, accepting service from the complainant, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. We may restore material as permitted by law.

Repeat infringement

We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Registration of a formal designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office is an operational compliance step and will be reflected here when completed.
