General support
Email tapintotheart@gmail.com for account access, privacy requests, accessibility help, legal correspondence, or general support. Include the relevant profile or page URL when useful, but never send a password, passkey, private key, or recovery code.
Profile concerns
Use “Flag this profile” on a public artist profile for impersonation, scams, harassment, inappropriate content, or safety concerns. Reports are private and do not automatically remove a profile.
Copyright
Follow the Copyright and DMCA Policy and use the email subject “Copyright Notice.”
Security
For a suspected vulnerability, use the subject “Private Security Report.” Explain the issue without accessing other users’ data, disrupting the service, or publicly disclosing an uncorrected vulnerability. We will acknowledge and investigate good-faith reports.
Emergency
Tap Into the Art is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
